1. Subscription Cancellations

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time from within the Evolve or by contacting our support team at [email protected].

  • When you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.

  • We do not offer pro-rata refunds for partial months or unused days after the billing cycle starts.


2. Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds only in the following cases:

  • Duplicate charges due to a technical or payment gateway error.

  • Unintentional renewal where you contact us within 48 hours of the charge.

  • Service disruption lasting more than 72 consecutive hours caused by Evolve.


3. Non-Refundable Cases

  • Change of mind after purchasing.

  • Dissatisfaction based on personal preference rather than a technical or service-related issue.

  • Failure to cancel before the renewal date.


4. How to Request a Refund

  • Send an email to [email protected] with your registered account email, transaction ID, and reason for the request.

  • Refunds, if approved, will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.


5. Free Trials

  • If you cancel during the free trial period, you will not be charged.

  • If you don’t cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will auto-renew, and standard refund rules will apply.
